Just an update on our 2 Greater Lafayette Recreational Soccer Alliance U-10 teams. Both teams have completed our regular seasons and will begin the tournament this next week. While the boys' team has had the most W/L success, the girls' team has made some great strides.

The Rossville Stingrays (aka U-10 boys GLRSA Fire) have gone from a group of boys who could move the ball and score to a TEAM that works together to score. We have a solid group of kids that have worked hard to go 5-0-1 in the GLRSA U-10 boys league. I'm excited about our success and I'm eager to see what these guys will do as they progress all the way through high school!!

The Rossville Girl Power (aka U-10 girls GLRSA Power) may not have had the same type of success as the boys in the standings, but they have grown much more. In our last regular season game, the girls tied 2-2 to finish the season 0-5-1. In the last game the girls showed a lot more agressiveness and I can't wait to see them continue this trend in the tournament. They have really grown in the 10 weeks we have been together.

The girls game is Tuesday, 15 May at 7:30pm at Bishops Woods (just south of Central Catholic HS) and the boy's game is Thursday, 17 May at 5:20pm at Davidson fields (just south of 350 South, off of 9th Street). Please come out and support both of these teams!!
